When my own father passed after a long battle with cancer from smoking I knew with certainty how I would commit my time to helping other individuals and families avoid that kind of pain and instead live rich, long, rewarding lives full of love and energy.

My great passion is in sharing and using these special techniques and skills with others who wish to make small or great changes for the better.
